With BC Pro, if a subcontractor asks to be removed from your bid list or you no longer wish to work with a company, you can add them to your office's “Do Not Use List".
When a company is on your "Do Not Use List", the system will not allow the team members to invite or add them on projects for that specific office.
You can add or remove companies from your office's Do Not Use List while adding or inviting bidders, but you can also proactively add or remove companies from your list directly. In this article, you'll learn how to directly manage an office's "Do Not Use List".
To manage Do Not Use Lists
Click on the building icon on the menu on the left-hand side.
Click into the office where you want to manage the Do Not Use List.
Click the "Do Not Use List" tab.
To add companies to an office's Do Not Use List, click "Add companies".
Search for a company and click "Add to list".
To remove companies from an office's Do Not Use List, click the remove icon next to the company name.
