An NDA protected project is a way for main contractors to require invited subcontractors to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to viewing any project information. Invited subcontractors will not be able to view project names, locations, files, or tender forms until they consent to the NDA. This is to ensure confidential project information remains internal to companies who were invited to tender. You can choose to share the project name before the NDA is signed. All other project information will remain hidden. The opportunity name is only displayed in email invitations to tender and project message email notifications. When subcontractors electronically sign the NDA, they agree that they have downloaded and read the uploaded NDA and are authorized to consent.
