You can duplicate tender packages into new and existing projects or templates. Tender package information, including the subcontractor list and information like name, number, and description will be copied over. Any notes, history, or tendering statuses on companies will be not carried over.
There are two ways to start duplicating In the "Tender Packages" tab of your project:
- Use the Action menu to duplicate a tender package
- Find the tender package you want to copy
- Click on the drop-down arrow in the "Action" Column
- Click "Duplicate"
- Select individual or multiple tender packages at once
- Click the boxes next to the tender package(s) you wish to duplicate.
- From the options at the top, click on “Duplicate".
- Click the boxes next to the tender package(s) you wish to duplicate.
You can duplicate into three different locations:
- Into a new project: Enter in a number and name for your new project and click "Create and duplicate".
- Into a new template: Click the "Template" tab, enter in a number, name, and short description, and click "Create and duplicate".
- Into an existing project: Click "Select existing project". Select an active project or template from the drop-down menu and click "Duplicate".
Duplicate tender packages are not automatically published so subcontractors are not automatically sent a invitation when a duplicate tender package is made.
