Sending invites to the correct point of contact for a subcontractor company

Subcontractor companies sometimes have dedicated contacts for their tender invites. They can request that main contractors send future project invites to that point of contact only. Continue reading to learn what steps to take if a subcontractor contacts you with this request.

Add a private company tag

If you utilize the search tool to invite subcontractors to projects, you can add a tag to the company profile that highlights who in the company should receive invites. Update your sub list template

If you import contacts from a sub list template into a project, you can add or update the contact information for the subcontractor company.
