Can I search for opportunities to tender in BuildingConnected?

BuildingConnected’s Tenders section is designed to streamline the tendering process for subcontractors. While your Tenders section can be used to manage tenders, it is not possible to search for projects to tender on. BuildingConnected is invitation based, which means that you have to be directly invited to tender by the head contractor in order to access project details.

I want more bids, what can I do? 

If you are not receiving invitations to tender after creating your account with BuildingConnected, please ensure that:

• Your company profile is completely filled out and up to date. Click here for instructions on how to update your company profile in BuildingConnected.
• You have scopes listed under “Work Performed” in your individual profile. Click here for instructions on how to update the scope of work performed by your company.
• You have selected the service area for your office. Click here for instructions on how to update your service area.
