Filling out enterprise business certifications on prequalifications

You may find that the "Does your company have any enterprise business certifications?" question in a prequalification is already filled out, but your team has not answered this question before. This is because the certificates in your company profile are connected to the enterprise business types that populate into your prequalifications. 

How is your Company Profile and enterprise business certifications in Qualifications connected? 

Company Profile 
In your company's profile, you can add certificates your company holds so that general contractors across our network can find you when they have requirements for their project. Learn more about how to add certificates to your company profile here. 



This certificate information syncs over to your prequalifications. 

Qualifications

In your TradeTapp Invites, you will find this question in every qualification "Does your company have any enterprise business certifications?". If available, when filling out or updating an application, the "Certificates" from your company profile will automatically show in the response to this question.

This synced information helps limit the manual entry needed to update both your profile and enter your certifications on a prequalification.



Therefore, if you add, update, or remove a certification in the prequalification, the certificates in your company profile will change accordingly and vice versa. 

How to fill out enterprise business certifications on prequalifications

Click "Add New".



Fill in the fields for your certification. Certification type and agency are required.

Note: If your agency and type are not available in the drop-down menu, click "Request to add certification types and agencies" at the bottom. Fill out the form and our team will review your request. 



Click "Save". This certifications appearing in your prequalifications will now also be updated in the certificates in your company profile. 





To edit a business certification

Click the pencil icon next to that certification, edit fields, and click "Save". Any edits you make here will update the "Certificates" in your company profile accordingly. 



To delete a business certification

Click the trash icon next to the certification. The certification will also be removed from your company profile.
