You may have received an email that a general contractor is requesting corrections to your submitted questionnaire. From the email, you can click on "View Corrections" to go directly to that general contractor's questionnaire.
Additionally, within BuildingConnected, the Qualifications icon on the menu on the left-hand side will display a blue circle when an action is required for an application. Click on the stamp icon to navigate to the Qualifications.
In the list of qualifications, navigate to “Corrections Requested” and click ”Open” to the right of an application in the list.
Note: If you are trying our new questionnaire, your screens will look different. If so, continue on these instructions.
The question carousel at the top show which questions require attention in the section. Click on a green dot to navigate to that question.
Comments from the general contractor will appear at the top of the question instructing you on what needs to change. If you have any questions about these comments, please follow up with your contact at the general contractor directly.
Make the corrections as requested.
Note: If you cannot make the requested correction, you can click "This correction does not apply to me" to bypass it. However, before you submit with this response, we suggest ensuring with the general contractor that they understand why you cannot make the correction to prevent the qualification from being returned to you again.
When all required corrections are complete, the “Submit” button will appear on the left-hand panel. Click “Submit” and the general contractor will be notified that changes have been made.
