How do I update the company name on my TradeTapp account?

Your company name appears at the top right corner when you log into TradeTapp. It is the name that vendors see when your company invites them to qualify. 


Our Support team can help change the company name associated with your TradeTapp account. 

To contact support:

1. Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner to access our virtual assistant.
2. Follow the prompts and describe your issue.
3. You will be given some self-service options, and you can answer "No" when asked if they are helpful.
4. Then you'll be able to choose to email or chat with our Support team.
