I’m being asked to verify my identity to publish projects - what should I do? (BC Pro)

If your company has not purchased BuildingConnected Pro and you are trying to add bid packages, add bidders, or publish projects, you will receive a message stating “Our team needs to verify your identity”. You must speak with our sales team before you can perform these actions. Contact our sales team. 

If your company has purchased BuildingConnected Pro and you still see this message, our Support team is happy to help resolve this for you. 

To contact support:

1. Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner to access our virtual assistant.
2. Follow the prompts and describe your issue.
3. You may be given some self-service options, and you can answer "Yes" or "No" when asked if they are helpful.
4. If not helpful, you'll be able to choose to email or chat with our Support team.
