Once you have created a project, added bid packages, uploaded files, and added bidders, you are ready to publish your project.
To publish a project
Navigate to your Projects page from the menu on the left-hand side.
Click on the project you would like to publish.
From the “Bid Packages” tab, click to select all the bid packages in your project.
Click “Publish.”
If the "Publish" button does not appear, there may be some bid packages in your selection that have already been published. Review and ensure only the bid packages that are labeled "Not Published" are selected. You can also individually publish bid packages. Learn how to do so here.
Click “Publish.”
Invited bidders will receive an email notification and will have full access to project information, files, bid forms, and project communication.
