How to add your internal scoring notes on financial ratios measured in TradeTapp (General contractors)

As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can add internal notes for each financial ratio calculated in TradeTapp and reference them when evaluating a vendor’s metrics. 

Please note that only TradeTapp users with Admin access can add notes for each financial ratio. 

To add your internal scoring notes

1. Begin by navigating to the Financial tab within a vendor’s profile.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Internal Reference column, hover over the cell in which you want to add a note to reveal an “Edit button”. Click on “Edit” to add a note. 
   
   
   
   
3. Enter in your internal note as applicable. All alpha, numeric, and typical special characters are allowed. Please note that only users with Admin privileges can edit the column. However, any users who have access to view the Financial information can see the notes added in this column. Click “Done” to save your note. 
   
   

A note applied to one vendor’s profile will be updated on all vendor profiles. This allows you to reference your internal scoring system when evaluating any vendor’s financial metrics. This note is private to you and your company and cannot be seen by any of your vendors. 

In the screenshot below, you can see how the note added above to KMF Concrete’s profile now appears in the vendor profile for Valenzuala Concrete.
