Requesting a subscription

If your company has purchased or renewed TradeTapp after March 24, 2025, subscriptions to BuildingConnected Pro, Bid Board Pro, or TradeTapp are now managed in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Therefore, to have a subscription associated with your account, you need one of your company's Autodesk Construction Cloud Account Administrator to assign you a subscription.

Autodesk Construction Cloud™ is a cloud-based construction management and collaboration solution, offering many products such as Autodesk Build, Autodesk Docs, and more that integrate together to serve your workflows throughout a project. As a part of our efforts to connect construction workflows and create a centralized location to manage your projects, new and renewed BuildingConnected or TradeTapp subscriptions are now managed in Autodesk Construction Cloud.

When a subscription to BuildingConnected or TradeTapp is assigned to you by an account administrator in Autodesk Construction Cloud, it will apply to your account in BuildingConnected or TradeTapp.

What is an Autodesk Construction Cloud administrator?

Administrators manage your company's Autodesk Construction Cloud account including its members, projects, templates, and more. This includes assigning access to products in the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.

How can I find my Autodesk Construction Cloud administrator?

Here are some tips to help find your Autodesk Construction Cloud administrator:

  • Ask the team member who invited you to BuildingConnected or TradeTapp if they are an Autodesk Construction Cloud administrator.
  • Consult the individual in your company who is in charge of purchasing software. After purchasing or renewing, the purchaser or appointed person would have received an email or link to access the subscription and create an Autodesk Construction Cloud account for your company.
  • Your company may already be using a Autodesk Construction Cloud product in a different department. Check to see if your company may using any of the following products. If yes, there will be Autodesk Construction Cloud administrators already set up that can assign you a subscription or add the correct person to Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage BuildingConnected or TradeTapp subscriptions:
    • Autodesk Build
    • Autodesk Takeoff
    • Autodesk BIM Collaborate
    • Autodesk Docs
    • Autodesk AutoSpecs

This could mean that your company has not created an Autodesk Construction Cloud hub yet.
