Where do I fill out TradeTapp prequalifications as a subcontractor?

If you are a subcontractor who has been invited to fill out a TradeTapp prequalification, you can find your prequalifications in BuildingConnected.
 

How to access prequalifications 

1. Log into BuildingConnected. 
   
   Note: If you don't have a BuildingConnected account yet, click "Need an account?" to create one. Learn more about creating an account.
    
2. In the left menu, click the stamp icon to navigate to the "Qualifications" page.
   
   
    

You will find any prequalifications you've been invited to fill out in the "TradeTapp Invites" tab. 

Click "Open" to start filling out a prequalification. To learn more about how to submit you prequalification, see How to submit a qualification under "TradeTapp Invites" (Vendors).



If you do not see the general contractor you are looking for, please ensure that you have received a formal invitation and have tried to click the link in the email that you received from TradeTapp. 

If you have further questions or are continuing to have trouble, our Support team would be happy to help. To contact support:

1. Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner to access our virtual assistant
2. Follow the prompts and describe your issue.
3. You may be given some self-service options, and you can answer "No" when asked if they are helpful.
4. Then you'll be able to choose to email or chat with our Support team.
