A bidder said they submitted, but I don't see it on my end. What is going on?

If a subcontractor notifies you that they have submitted their proposal through BuildingConnected or provides a screenshot that they have submitted, but you are not seeing it on your end, what may be occurring is that the subcontractor logged their bid instead of submitting. 

Logging is an internal tracking option available to subcontractors. Logging does not send the client the bid so this is why it would appear "Submitted" on their end, but not yours. 

To help ensure that the subcontractor submits the proposal accordingly, you can forward them this help article or video, which shows the difference between logging and submitting. The subcontractor should ensure they are sending instead of logging and then it will appear on your end.
