How to control the invite to qualify options in other Autodesk products

As an administrator in TradeTapp, you can adjust a setting for your account to allow or not allow invitations to be generated from other connected workflows in other Autodesk products. This gives you control of who can generate invitations to qualify for your company. 

For example, you can remove the "Invite to qualify" option from BuildingConnected as shown in the following screenshot. 


 

To set the option to invite to qualify from connected workflows

Click on your company name in the top right corner.



Click “Settings.”



In the "Account" tab, find the "Autodesk Platform Settings" section. 

Select or deselect "Allow invite to qualify in bidding" accordingly. 



Click "Apply".
