If you are a subcontractor who has been invited to project where the general contractor has requested a non-disclosure agreement, you will not be able to view any project information until you sign the NDA. This is intended to ensure all project information remains confidential to your company.
If you have any questions or concerns with the NDA document itself, we suggest reaching out directly to the general contractor who invited you so that they can provide more information on their company's NDA.
To sign an NDA
Locate the initial invitation email titled, “Bid Invite From ‘Company Name’.” You will notice the project name reads “NDA-Protected Project.”
Click “View this RFP.”
Click “Download the NDA.”
Once you have downloaded and read the NDA, sign your full name and title then click “Consent to NDA.”
By electronically signing the NDA, you agree that you have downloaded and read the NDA and are authorized to consent. Please note that there is no way to sign the uploaded document directly through BuildingConnected, but BuildingConnected tracks digital consent which is legally equivalent.
