How subcontractors can add themselves to bids their company was invited to

If your coworker received an invitation to bid on a project that you did not receive, you can add yourself to the bid so you can view opportunity information, files, messages, bid forms, and tracking information.

If your company has Bid Board Standard, you can reach out to the coworker who was invited to the opportunity so they can add you as a follower. A follower is someone within your company who has been added to a bid. Once you are added as a follower, you will be able to view all bid information including files, messages, bid forms, and tracking. If your company has Bid Board Pro across all offices, you can view any opportunities your company was invited to bid on by filtering your Bid Board to view all opportunities. Please note that viewing opportunities your company was invited to will not notify others within your team.
