Frequently Asked Questions
Can I download the plans with my takeoff drawings on them?
Currently, we do not have the ability to download the plans with your takeoffs on them. The "Export" function provides a .csv with the takeoff values. If a picture is needed, a possible solution would be to take a screenshot of the plans while in the Takeoff tool.
Can I create a new version of my existing takeoff?
You cannot create direct copies of your takeoff at this time. Instead, we suggest that you (1) modify the existing takeoff and export alternate quantities or (2) create a new copy of the original client file and restart the takeoff with the same quantity names.
Who can view my takeoff?
The takeoff is stored in the Internal Files section of your account. Files in this section are only visible to you and other users in your company. The takeoff is not viewable by general contractors or vendors.
