Therefore, to have a subscription associated with your account, you need one of your company's Autodesk Forma Hub Administrators to assign you a subscription.

What is Autodesk Forma?
Autodesk Forma™ is a cloud-based construction management and collaboration solution, offering many products such as Forma Build, Forma Data Management, and more that integrate together to serve your workflows throughout a project. As a part of our efforts to connect construction workflows and create a centralized location to manage your projects, new and renewed BuildingConnected or TradeTapp subscriptions are now managed in Autodesk Forma.
When a subscription to BuildingConnected or TradeTapp is assigned to you by an account administrator in Autodesk Forma, it will apply to your account in BuildingConnected or TradeTapp.
What is an Autodesk Forma administrator?
Administrators manage your company's Autodesk Forma account including its members, projects, templates, and more. This includes assigning access to products in the Autodesk Forma platform.
How can I find my Autodesk Forma administrator?
Here are some tips to help find your Autodesk Forma administrator:
- Ask the team member who invited you to BuildingConnected or TradeTapp if they are an Autodesk Forma administrator.
- Consult the individual in your company who is in charge of purchasing software. After purchasing or renewing, the purchaser or appointed person would have received an email or link to access the subscription and create an Autodesk Construction Cloud account for your company.
- Your company may already be using a Autodesk Forma product in a different department. Check to see if your company may using any of the following products. If yes, there will be Autodesk Forma administrators already set up that can assign you a subscription or add the correct person to Autodesk Forma to manage BuildingConnected or TradeTapp subscriptions:
- Forma Build
- Autodesk Takeoff
- Autodesk BIM Collaborate
- Forma Data Management
- Autodesk AutoSpecs
How to request a subscription
Find what you can do in various scenarios to request a BuildingConnected Pro, Bid Board Pro, or TradeTapp subscription:
