If you are assigned as a reviewer on a project approval, you will receive an email notification letting you know that an approval is awaiting your review.
In the project approval, you can review the project details and the risk assessment that TradeTapp generates for this vendor based on their company qualification and the project being evaluated. You will also be able to see the outcomes chosen by the reviewers before you.
To accept or reject a project approval
Click on the “Approvals” page.
Click on the company name for the relevant project approval. Any open approvals assigned to you will appear at the top of the list for quick access.
You will be directed to the vendor's profile and their list of Approvals. Click on the relevant project.
Use the left navigation to see project details, the risk assessment, and provide your final acceptance.
Based on the project details entered and the vendor's qualification information, TradeTapp performs a risk assessment with the company's risks and strengths, mitigation recommendations, and key metrics.
Note: In the Settings, you can choose whether to show Internal Single and Total Limit and Single Project Capacity & Aggregate Total Capacity in project approvals.
When you ready to provide your review, navigate to "Reviews & Acceptance" and click "Start My Review" next to your name.
Select an outcome from the drop-down menu and add any comments regarding your review:
- Pending
- Approve
- Approve w/RMP (Risk Mitigation Plan): If you select this outcome, you can designate items from the provided options that must go into the Risk Mitigation Plan or click "Add Custom" to add your own items.
- Reject
Click "Finish Review".
You can always return to a project approval and the Reviews & Acceptance section to change your review. Click "Edit Review" next to your name,
Once all reviews are done, the approval will move to the "Pending Acceptance" status. The accepters can review the project approval and the outcomes from the reviewers to provide the final approval or rejection.
