Once a project approval request has been made, the “Status” column in the “Approvals” page indicates where the request stands in the review process.
There are four different statuses a project approval request will have during the review process:
1. Waiting for assignments: Reviewers and accepters have not yet been assigned to the project approval request.
2. Pending reviews: An initial status (approve, approve with risk mitigation plan, or reject) has not yet been set by reviewers.
3. Pending acceptance: All reviewers have completed their review but approvers have not assigned the project approval’s final status (approve, approve with risk mitigation plan, or reject).
4. Complete: The request has been reviewed and accepted with a final decision. The person who made the initial request will be notified when the status is set to complete.
