How to resend a qualification invitation to a vendor (General contractors)

As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can resend qualification invitation notifications to vendors you have previously invited to qualify. Sending reminders will ensure your company receives the best response rates from vendors.

To resend a TradeTapp qualification invitation notification

Locate the vendor you would like to resend a qualification invitation notification and select the box to the left of the vendor.



In the top toolbar that appears, click “Send Reminder.” This will send an email to the primary contact of the vendor’s company. Please note that there is no way to customize the “Send Reminder” message. Vendors will receive a default message letting them know your company is awaiting their questionnaire submission.



The date your reminder was sent will appear under the “Last Contacted” column so you can keep track of communication with vendors.
