As a general contractor using TradeTapp, if you sent a qualification invitation to a vendor by mistake or if a qualification is no longer needed, there are a couple of things you can do to undo this action depending on the state of the application.
Important: Removing vendor records can't be undone.
Application Status: "Imported"
Select one or more "Imported" invitations and click "Delete Import" in the top toolbar.
Application Status: "Not Started"
You can revoke the invite from your “Invitations” dashboard which will send the vendor an email notification letting them know their invitation has been canceled. For further instructions on how to revoke an invitation, please reference the article, “How to revoke an invite (General contractors).”
The option will vary depending on the type of qualification (renewal, corrections request, or new). Select one or more "Not Started" invitations and click "Revoke Invite", "Cancel Corrections Request", or "Cancel Renewal" as applicable in the top toolbar.
Confirm the action in the window by clicking "Continue".
Note: New invites will be completed removed from your dashboard. For correction requests or renewal where there is existing qualification information, the invitations will remain and return to the previous application status such as "Submitted".
Application Status: "In Progress", "Submitted", or "Complete"
You must have Admin access to delete a vendor's invitation that is "In Progress", "Submitted", or "Complete". Learn more about permissions.
Select one or multiple invitations and click "Delete (Admin)".
In the confirmation window, type DELETE in all caps and click "Yes".
