As a general contractor using TradeTapp, it is possible to have multiple questionnaires created. You can then choose the applicable questionnaire you would like to send to a vendor. If you would like to create a new questionnaire version to send to a vendor, please reference the article, “How to create a new questionnaire version in TradeTapp (General contractors).”
You can send a vendor a different questionnaire version at any time during the qualification process. Please note that changing a questionnaire that is in progress will reset the vendor’s progress if the new questionnaire contains questions that have not been previously submitted.
To send a vendor a different TradeTapp questionnaire version
Click the check box next to the vendor you would like to send a different questionnaire to.
Click “Change Questionnaire” in the Selected Vendors section that appears.
Click the drop-down in the “Available Versions” section and select the questionnaire you would like to send.
You can choose to add a message from your email templates or write a message to send to your vendor then click “Save.” The vendor’s questionnaire will automatically update on their end and they will receive an email notification with your message stating that their questionnaire version has changed.
You can see the questionnaire version sent to a vendor on your “Invitations” dashboard in the “Questionnaire Sent” column.
