As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can add short internal notes, called vendor tags, next to companies so you can flag important information. Vendor tags allow you to keep track of your own preferences as well as the preferences of vendors you work with. For example, you can add the tag “Only small projects” if a company is not qualified for larger projects. You can also add tags such as “HVAC” or “Electrical” to keep track of the scope of work a company performs.
Please note that company tags are only visible to users within your company and vendors do not have the ability to see them. Tags created in TradeTapp do not sync with BuildingConnected.
