How to use the Audit Log

TradeTapp has an activity log that contains a chronological list of actions taken. This provides a comprehensive audit trail for your qualifications.

To view the audit log, click the audit log icon.


On the left panel, you can filter and sort the data. 

• Filter for:
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Who performed the action
  • Action 
• Sort by date
• Sort direction - ascending or descending
  

Here are the actions registered on the audit log:

• When an invite is created and by whom
• When an invite is deleted
• When an invite is imported
• When a questionnaire is started by a vendor
• When a submission is made by a vendor
• When a form is changed for a vendor and by whom
• When someone contacts a vendor (renewal, reminder, request for corrections, cancellation) and by whom if it is not automated
• When an automated reminder or renewal is sent
• When vendor data was changed (editable field), what was changed, and by whom
• When financials are completed and by whom
• When an application is marked complete or incomplete and by whom
• When an award is created and by whom
• When an award is accepted and by whom
• When an award is closed and by whom
• When an invite is transferred, which vendor email it was transferred to and from, and by whom
• When a qualification status is updated for a vendor
• When an internal backlog is updated for a vendor
• When a user last logged in
• When a vendor import was run and whether if had errors or not
• When a new form is created and by whom
• When auto-renewal settings are changed
