As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can return a qualification submission if a questionnaire is incorrect or requires more information. Requesting corrections on a qualification submission will send a notification to the vendor so they can make necessary edits and resubmit their questionnaire.
You can leave comments on specific questions to guide the vendor to ensure they correct their responses accurately.

To begin, you will add comments to the items that need to be corrected. In a vendor’s profile, click on the comment icon next to any field.
Type in details on what needs to be corrected. The vendor will see this comment on the corresponding area in their questionnaire.

Press Enter on your keyboard or click the blue arrow to save. You will have an opportunity to review all comments before sending.
