As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can add filters on your list of prequalifications to track specific companies you have invited to prequalify by more detailed information. Once filtered, you can also save your view so that each time you log in, that is the filtered list you will see.

To set a default view
To add and remove filters from your TradeTapp “Invitations” dashboard
To add filters:
Click "Filters" in the left panel of the "Invitations" dashboard to open the collapsed section.
Click “Add Filter”.
Use the scrollbar to see all the available filters.
Select the details you would like to filter by.
Each of the filters will have different options to configure the filter. Complete the selections and select “Apply Filter”.
Your “Invitations” dashboard will update to show only the vendors that apply to the selected filters.
Add multiple filters by repeating the previous steps.

To remove filters:
Click the "x" next to the filter’s label in the “Filters (# Applied)” section on the left-hand side of your “Invitations” dashboard. Removing all selected filters will show all vendors you have invited to qualify.
To see which companies are bidding on projects
With the "Projects in Bidding" filter, risk teams can pull up any active BuildingConnected project directly inside TradeTapp and instantly see the shortlist of subs involved to understand which company qualifications to prioritize. You can stack this on top of other filters.
Click "Projects in Bidding" in the left panel of the "Invitations" dashboard to open the collapsed section.
Select the relevant projects you want to review.
Click "Apply Filter".
To save your filtered view
You can save the view that you are looking at with the filters you've set.
In the left panel, click the arrow next to "Saved Views" to open the section.
Click "Save".
Enter a name for the filter and click "Save".
Once you have saved a view, you can now click on different views to switch between them.
To set a default view
You can set a default view so that each time you log in, you can see the same view with filters and customizations applied.
Select the view you want from the "Default View" drop-down menu.
