How to download and print a vendor’s risk assessment summary (General contractors)

As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can download and print a summary of a vendor’s risk assessment once they have submitted their questionnaire.

Please note that the instructions and screenshots below are for Google Chrome, the recommended browser for TradeTapp. If you are using a different browser version, the download bar and icons may look different.

To download and print a vendor’s risk assessment summary

Click on the vendor you would like to download and print a risk assessment summary for.



Hover over the ellipsis to the right of the questionnaire’s listed sections and select "Risk Assessment".



A pre-formatted version of the vendor’s risk assessment summary will open in a new tab on your browser. To download a copy, click the “download” icon.



To print a copy, click the “print” icon.
