As a subcontractor, you can receive TradeTapp invitations to qualify with general contractors and collaborate with your team to complete and submit questionnaires.
Where do I find my company's prequalifications?
You will never need to access the TradeTapp portal directly to complete these questionnaires. All of your company’s prequalification applications will appear in BuildingConnected under the Qualifications tab.
Note: You will need to create a BuildingConnected account or login to your existing account. You can reset your BuildingConnected password if needed.
Do I have to pay to fill out TradeTapp prequalifications?
There is no cost for you to fill out a TradeTapp invite and respond to as many general contractors as you’d like. Once you have submitted one qualification questionnaire, your stored qualification data will easily transfer to other general contractors.
How do general contractors know who to invite to qualify in my company?
As a vendor receiving TradeTapp invites, your company has an assigned primary contact who centralizes communication from general contractors. This means all qualification invitations and notifications are sent to that primary contact’s email address.
Once the primary contact accepts the invitation to prequalify, the application will populate in your company’s Qualifications tab.
